GRP employ a variety of closed mould systems suitable for large production runs. Our pattern and mould makers are capable of highly intricate designs.

This tooling allows the production of large runs. RTM and VIM construction produces a tough highly impact resistant product of low maintenance suitable for extreme uses and environments. To date we have produced up to 100,000 units for the marine industry, the Locata housing being used to protect GPS and mayday equipment for fishing and leisure vessels. This method of production is becoming accepted in the manufacture of automotive body panels for the motor industry, thus proving the capability of realising high quality showroom finishes.

These moulding techniques produce long runs of products to a uniform quality.
